Terms of Agreement: As stated no long term contract is required, however, to have the setup fee waived you must continue service for a minimum of three months. If service is canceled before three months the $150 setup fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be received in writing 10 business days before the next billing. Studio Online fees are charged monthly in advance and no credits or refunds will be issued for partial or prepaid months after cancellation. Notification of cancellation can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to Minutes Matter, 796 New Shackle Island Rd., Hendersonville TN 37075.
